Hello, here is a quick update about this breach:

Today we noticed a first attempt to block us from accessing the databases, they seems to have blocked connection for a specific user. Unfortunately for them we were able to create a new user and we did a fresh database dump with `mysqldump`.

We made a local backup of data from their storage nodes and started erasing their copies.

Another bad new for them is that despite the Acer and Philippines' cybercrime agency investigation we obtained access to mails which we can prove upon request.
