not too knowledgeable but you could buy your own Synology drives and upload to a server.

i think alot more people would also be attracted to the post if you just broke up the 949 GB files into categories and show them as seperate links for people to download only what they want or need from it, for example one category for financial docs, one for designs adn the engineering contracts and another for SSNs and IDs
