use a one time proton w emailnator temp
never use the proton anywhere else cause proton gives out info (in court)
use tor to create the account

plus creating a new acc doesnt help
they already have your data i suggest you make sure your opsec is strong before committing to a new alias

my personal type is use everything as its already pwned and live your life according to that
dont have ass your security
