Dropbox has a payment  method called direct iban debit

-Only available in Italy

1 - Create an account using an italian vpn/proxy

2 - go to https://outputter.io/full-identity/italy/

3 - put all the required details to dropbox from 2

4 - select professional plan for 1 year

5 - select iban method

6 - if your account's subscription gets cancelled , create another one using the same method and add the new account to the first's one team so you keep your files
