I went to visit my relatives, and my uncle's son's teacher gave him a homework assignment about what taxes are. My uncle's son asked for my help, so I took his chocolate, broke it into 10 pieces, and ate 6 of them. He started crying. I guess he didn't fully understand the point. Anyone got advice?

Tax's only work if everyone pays in and then properly spent on public infrastructure. Taxes in the current form only suit to pay off Corporation tax credit, bail outs etc.

You confuse taxes with robbery. The state not only collects taxes, but also maintains infrastructure and maintains order with this money. It doesn't matter whether you personally like it or not. Buy a chocolate bar and give it back to child
