1.2) Each group must provide tangible proof of its operational activity (e.g., screenshots, activity logs, etc.).
1.3) All submitted evidence (see 1.2) is subject to rigorous moderation and is considered validated only after express approval.
1.4) Any participation in discussions, data sharing, or transactions must be pre-verified and validated by the moderation team.
1.5) Any act of identity theft (representing a RaaS group) or provision of fabricated data will result in immediate and permanent banishment.
II. Operational Scope
2.1) Operations must be limited to businesses entities, established organizations, and government institutions.
2.2) Attacks specifically targeting healthcare facilities or educational institutions are expressly prohibited.
III. Data Management and Compliance
3.1) The sale, trafficking, or sharing of data falling under the following categories is strictly prohibited:
Health Data (medical records, patient records, etc.).
Minor Data (information concerning children, academic records of minors, etc.).
3.2) All shared data must be traceable and verifiable. Unsubstantiated claims, the sharing of obsolete or deprecated data, or “dumps” without a clear indication of their origin and collection date will be subject to immediate removal.
