When you sell subscription to a private cloud, is that a shared group between multiple subscribers? Or are the logs exclusive to the buyer?

Also,  is this information passed on to the buyer before purchase?

1- The Private Cloud is shared channel for paid users only. and the limit is 10 users. and currently 7 active right now.

You have quality issues. @Satanic claimed 90% private logs in the conversation, which is not met in this case.

However, there is no way to verify that, since the logs have aged.

Even if I asked @Satanic for a sample, he could give me a good batch, and it would still not prove that the logs you received did/did not work.

Why are you asking for a refund when this is a monthly subscription and you could wait for new logs? Unless you want to use these logs to resell combolists? Which is against the cloud rules?
