Pretty clear from the screenshots that you have accepted payment and then blocked the user afterwards.

Refund or be banned.
User went offline after the scam report was filed, as well as changed their telegram username.

I think we have enough evidence to conclude.
Ban reason: Self-Ban (Permanent)
