You can use some brute force tools. But it’ll take forever if the password is super long and hard.

JTR and Hashcat can crack the hash with brute force or wordlist attacks. You need to extract the hash with a tool like zip2john.py first. There are plenty of tutorials out there. It's not hard. Just takes time.
