I support the idea of not killing each other over land disputes, especially when children are dying. Israel isn't innocent, but the difference is Hamas doesn't care about civilian causalities as long as they cause damage to Israel, they have a terrorist mindset not a military mindset. Israel is in a really tight situation because if the aggressor is at your border and hiding in civilian infrastructure, as a recognized nation military force how are you supposed to respond to that? Clearly trying to get all the civilians to leave the area so you can bomb the shit out of it isn't working too well for their media image.

Honestly it's a really weird position to be in and I don't know how you'd eliminate the enemy force without getting into the situation they're in right now. The idea that "it's not their land" is crazy because all of these cringe American fucks would never say that they should give back their local land to whoever they originally stole it from. Once you establish infrastructure and civilization in an area you can't really just give it back, that's not fair to the randoms who were born there.

Also I think America should stop funding Israel and focus all of that on giving aid to Palestinian citizens affected by the conflict.
