One item of interest.  The data has a single line with a double quote between most lines. This is really the start of the next line (first field engulfed in double quotes).  I wrote a script to correct the issue,  With this in place, the actual number of rows of data is much less than posted.  The "cleaned" file has a count of 5.3426M  Just keep that in mind.  Great post and great data!!  Thanks.
