I would recommend KeePass, though I don't mostly use a password manager

100% Keepass or Bitwarden self hosted solutions.

LastPass getting pwned over and over is all the proof you need to stay the fuck away from any service storing your password vault for you.

online cloud with e2ee: bitwarden or 1password

offline cloud with e2ee: keepassxc

i prefer bitwarden tho Smile
