95% are Russian, 3% Uzbekistan, 1% Belarus, 1% Ukraine (from a sample of 100). 

There are zero NANPA (e.g. United States or Canada) phone numbers in here. Zero. Not just from a sample, the entire 70M has zero.

A random sample shows 6% have a first name, and 2% have first and last name. 24% have a username. The rest have account ID and phone.
